Returns

Företaget är ej seriöst. De skriver på webbsidan att företaget ligger i Stockholm och att varorna skickas därifrån, och att leverans inom Sverige är mellan 4-9 dagar, men när att jag fick leverans information står det att min beställning skickas från China. Jag har skickat flera mail till de men inget svar. Kommer eventuellt göra en retur när varorna anländer från China om det ens gör det. Hade jag velat en väska från China hade jag beställt från Shein eller Temu!!
Det här är väldigt dåligt och oseriöst. Skulle inte alls rekommendera Blair & Beaumoy då jag tycker att de bara lurar människor. Även Inga kommentarer fanns på deras reklam på TikTok eller någon annanstans på social medier. Var nog Röda flaggor.
The bag looked nothing like the photos on the website. The size did not match the description. Very disappointing.
The bag I received is not remotely the same as the one advertised on the site. It doesn't have the padding or the pockets from the pictures, I could have bought this off of Temu and it would probably be the same for a fraction of the price. It's a cheap plastic bag that I paid 70€ for and now their support is not answering my emails. Do not buy this bag, it's a scam!!!!!!!
the inside of the bag, the compartments look NOTHING like on the website and video. It has no smart compartments and is made out of a very cheap looking and loud noise making fabric.
It has NO Multiple interior pockets and a key leash
It has NO Adjustable + removable strap
It has NO Back trolley sleeve for travel ease
It does NOT fit a 16inch laptop: I have a 15 inch laptop and the zipper cannot close when it is inside the bag
Did I receive the wrong product?
It’s not at all like the pictures, the zipper does not work and it’s not worth the money.
